¿Qué es una talacha o azadón para la labranza agrícola de cornamenta o hueso? What is a talacha or hoe horn for the agricultural tillage antler or bone?

Etimológicamente viene del náhuatl tlalli (tierra) y del español hacha. Es un instrumento  hecho en asta de venado (Odocoileus sp.) (también se hacen de escápulas o huesos muy fuertes), generalmente  en el borde activo es biselado con el función de escarbar, romper la tierra dura y cortar raíces. Es una especie de azadón. Se tiene reportado desde tiempos precerámicos en el México antiguo. En Sudamérica en quechua se le denomina chinchas a estas herramientas.

Etymologically comes from the Nahuatl tlalli (earth) and the Spanish ax. It is an instrument made in antler deer (Odocoileus sp.)
